See you at the 9th Annual Taste of Westport!

Benefitting CLASP Homes, last year's event  featured 16 area restaurants, and 10 beer, wine and liquor distributers, offering samples of their fare.  The event returned to the Westport Inn after rennovations - the space has been transformed into an elegant venue.  Attendees navigated from table to table, tasting finger foods, noshing on plates of pasta, checking out aucion items, and keeping a beat with live music.  Mark your calendar for May 2, 2013 and contact Robin at rhammond@clasphomes.org to join the 2013 committee.
Celebrating Memorial Day and CLASP's 30th Birthday!

Being pulled by a beautiful vintage, canary yellow pick-up, was the CLASP 30th Birthday Cake/Float.  Giving out flags and pencils, the participants and staff from CLASP showed our pride for country, and for our own milestone.
The Eighth Annual CLASP Fashion Show

The beautiful women served by CLASP once again graced the runway at the Westport Woman's Club.  They wore stylish clothes from Eileen Fisher, one our best supporters.  The guests were astonsished by the beauty of the decor.  This is one event that leaves us all feeling very proud to be a part of CLASP.
CLASP Homes Celebrated their 30th Anniversary with Evening of Laughter!

Comedians Jon Fisch, Moody McCarthy and surprise guest Alexandra McHale played to a packed house and provided a wonderful evening of entertainment for all. The Fairfield Theatre Company proved to be an intimate and inviting venue while the Brasserie and 55 Restaurant & Wine Bar generously provided delightful refreshments for all in the newly renovated gallery space.

The CLASP family was moved once again, by what can be accomplished when communities come
together for a common cause. Thanks to all our community partners!

In December, Splash Car Wash of Norwalk donated a portion of its holiday sales to CLASP. Splash owner, Mark Curtis has been not only a friend to CLASP for many years, but also supports many other local nonprofits. Mark truly knows the spirit of the holiday season.

Barnes and Noble is the Best!
Barnes & Noble of Westport is a great example of corporate businesses supporting local nonprofits.
Each year at holiday time, Barnes & Noble gives local nonprofits the opportunity to staff their gift
wrapping tables and to keep 100% of the wrapping donations for their organizations. CLASP couldn’t
be more pleased to have them as a community partner.
